What's the difference between Wordfence and Wordfence Premium?

Both protect your website with a firewall and malware scanner. The free version gets new firewall rules and malware signatures 30 days after Premium does. Premium gets them in real time, and adds a real-time blocklist of known attackers and country blocking. Business and Pro include a Premium license, a $149/yr value.

What do edits & updates cover?

Text and image changes, new content, WordPress, plugin and theme updates, and small fixes. Just send us a request and we'll bill the time at your plan's discounted rate.

When are backups made?

We make a backup before every major update and after significant changes to your website, so there's always a recent copy to restore if something goes wrong.

What happens if my website gets hacked?

We'll clean it up and get it back online. Cleanup is included with Pro. On Starter and Business, it's billed at your plan's discounted hourly rate.

Does my website need to be built on WordPress?
