Page builder by SiteOrigin is in my opinion the best editing add-on plug-in for WordPress. It's free and easy to use for a complete novice to help make basic changes to a website. Also powerful enough for a designer to use on a professional level. Also many free and premium add-ons are available. Basic edits can be made simply and easily using Page Builders interface. There are terrific how to videos that take minutes to watch for Page Builder.
