This goes over deleting cache for the JCH Optimize plug-in. On the WordPress backend, with your mouse over over the settings option on the left-hand side main menu. Click on the JCH Optimize option. This will bring you to the plug-in's main admin area. Click on the basic options tab. Then scroll down and click the clean cache button.
